On this weeks episode Clare and Dan discuss the gorgeous poem "Breathe" by the very talented poet "Kate Herrick" and Clare explains the teaching behind "No Mud, No Lotus." That gorgeous flower is a symbol peace and beauty in spite of the smelly mud that it grows from, we discuss the latest with what's happening with XR and a local demonstration that we are putting on next weekend here in our local community, we hope that it motivates people to do the same no matter where they live in the world.
